Stress is a part of being human however it can be motivating in getting things done. New studies now demonstrate that stress is not at all negative and should not be ignored, experts suggest that we must try and understand what triggers our stress and learn to manage it. However, learning to accept the things we cannot control and keeping a positive attitude are just some of the strategies for managing stress. Research shows that the major cause of stress today is poor time management.
The solution to this stress trigger is simply learning to manage our time intelligently by breaking big tasks into smaller ones, prioritizing and setting a time limit for each task. Ruminating is probably the second cause of stress, learning to accept situations we cannot change or do not have a solution for and moving on rather than being stuck in the past.
