This course is structured on learning technics of European Project Management, Logical Framework approach, Gopp method, Project Cycle Management (PCM) and all what is considered the base to apply for grants and think with the vision of building a structured proposal, but with a focus on Partnership finding and creation of functional networks. Having great ideas, a good team, a strong background is important but today what is fundamental is to establish partnership and relationship. PBA at the base of high quality and innovative projects.

 

Partners will be your friends in the future and the companions of the development of your ideas. Usually during trainings on European Project Design participants are sitting down and a trainer run the session. We propose something different and more dynamic miximing activities like:

- job observation;

- research and sharing of study cases;

- visits to highligh places here in our local contexts where there's a strong need of internationalization, funds and support;

- link with the local community and discovery of social problems and critical aspects so to find similarieties and solutions;

- roundtables with institutions;

- workshops to reise us creativity and entrepreneurship;

- meetings with local schools, teachers and school directors;

- organization of a public event inviting key note speakers and guests to support a debate on European funds.

 

Structure/program:

1 phase: ice breaking games and getting to know each other

2 phase: plenary and training session on European Project Design&Management

3 phase: visits and meetings

4 phase: creativity workshop

5 phase: public event

 

Total duration: 1 week including travel days.

In case is needed we can make the training longer adding visits to universities and to the capital city Catanzaro with the regional authority for education (USR).

During this kind of training we also propose visits to companies which are already active at international level but also that ones with a need of develop the internationalization.

 

Sessions: from January to December we count to organize a training every 2 months. Years: 2016 - 2017
