Call for italian participants - 3 Erasmus Plus Youth Exchanges

JUMP Gioventù in riSalto Association of Soverato (Italy) is selecting 24 young people

for the participation to 3 youth exchanges organized by the Romanian partners

Alternativa ECO and Asociația PRIN BANAT for the year 2023.

Here is the list of the Erasmus Plus projects which finance the mobilities.


1. Re-Invent-Your-Cycle


Partners from Romania, Greece, Spain, Italy and Hungary.

Call for 6 participants aged between 18-29 years old + 1 group leader (without age

limit).

When: 10 - 20 July 2023

11 - 19 July (activity days)

Where: Stațiunea Muntele Băișorii, Cluj County (Romania)


RE-INVENT-YOUR-CYCLE project aims to achieve several objectives. Firstly, it seeks to

raise awareness among young individuals about the significance of safeguarding the

planet and the crucial role of recycling. Additionally, the project aims to inspire young

people to take actions that contribute to protecting the environment to the best of their

ability. Moreover, the project offers the opportunity for 30 young individuals and five

group leaders to gain a better understanding of the planet and the importance of

environmental protection. The ultimate goal of this project is to draw attention to the

pressing environmental issues, the declining health of the planet, and the inadequate

environmental education in schools during the 9 days of activity.


2. Eco(love)gy Business+


Partners from Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Greece and Spain.

Call for 6 participants aged between 18 and 28 years old + 1 group leader (without

age limit).

When: 02 - 10 September 2023

03 - 09 September (activity days)

Where: Brebu commune, Caras-Severin county (Romania)


ECO (love) GY BUSINESS + aims to:

1) develop the spirit of sustainable entrepreneurship;

2) train 36 young people and 6 group leaders from the 6 partner countries in the

management of sustainable businesses in the rural environment;

3) sensitize the participants in the development and implementation of small sustainable

businesses, and not only, from the rural environment;

4) develop the skills to promote a sustainable business in the countryside;

5) develop creativity and innovative thinking in the implementation of sustainable

businesses in the rural environment, through simulation activities, fair trade and

discussions with various experts.


3. ArtExpress


Partners from Romania, Hungary, Italy, Greece.

Call for 8 participants aged between 18 and 25 years old + 2 group leaders (without

age limit).

When: 22 - 31 October 2023

23 - 30 october (activity days)

Where: Pensiunea La Padure, Brebu, Caras - Severin County (România)


ARTEXPRESS projects aims to:

1) Through non-formal methods, inform the participants about human rights and the

importance of active citizenship;

2) Through non-formal methods, develop the critical, social and cultural thinking;

3) Through non-formal methods, develop the competencies and skills of cooperation, the

sense of initiative and communication in a foreign language;

4) Through non-formal methods, encourage the participants to think about social issues

and not be afraid to share their own opinions, thus making them an active part of their

societies.

5) Provide a broader picture of this topic: how democracy (should) work daily in our lives

(starting with the etymology of the word demos & cratos = power of the people), what it

means to be an active citizen and how young people can become a conscious, active part in their community.


How to send the application and deadline

Participants have to fill the GOOGLE FORM within 04/06/2023, sending at the same

time:

- an article for the JUMP blog on some topic connected with the ones related to the

youth projects, environment, sustainability, Erasmus, The European Union, Non

Formal Education, Global issues, migration, art.... or something of interest;

- the ID card to the mail jump.amministrazione@gmail.com


Financial conditions

Participants provide for the purchase of the flight tickets and the Romanian partners will

reimburse the maximum amount of 275 euro per person.

The reimbursement can be

- or before leaving after the training in cash

- or via bank transfer after sending the travel expenses scanned.

Important to follow the admin guidelines you will receive when selected and coordinated.

Accommodation and meals are covered by each hosting organization. Usually lodging is a youth hostel with shared rooms and bathrooms where also activities and meals are

organized. The places where these partners work are surrounded by the beautiful nature

of Romania, a country to be discovered by young people.
