After a period of research and realization of Intellectual Outputs and Transnational Project Meetings, we have reached the practical phase of the European project K2 "Gaming as Social Skills Learning Tool".
On November 3 and 4, 2021, the partners of the project organized on the ZOOM platform two meetings about the training of e-coaches, the new professional figures who, during the 6 game sessions that will take place online between November and January 2022, will observe and evaluate the development of the 5 skills of players aged between 18 to 30 years from the 5 partner countries who will play together and challenge each other: socialization, participation in community, interaction experiences, self-confidence and self-esteem.
Team leaders and e-coaches from each partner organization participated in the online meetings to be trained on the topic of e-coaching and non-formal education and to understand and discuss the steps for the implementation of the planned activities. Social, communication, digital and observation skills are required to e-coaches who, as new important figures in the labour market are entering for the first time in the world of European projects playing, in this case, a crucial role as "human and digital bridge" between players and team leaders.
So, everything is ready for the next steps!
